The library can be used to publish documents, links, or video clips for students.
The library can be structured into folders, with the first folder in the tree targeted at selected organizational units.
To create folders or upload content, use the appropriate buttons above the library content table.
The library allows full-text search in file names (links, video clips).
Creating Folders
Click the + New Folder button, enter the folder name in the dialog window, and if folder targeting is enabled, select the organizational units to which the folder should be visible.
Only the first folders in the tree can be targeted.
Uploading Content
Click the + New File button, enter its name, select the folder location, choose the type, select the file (or enter the URL link or video clip), and save the record using the Save button.
