Workflow

Workflow settings. Options:

1. No - no workflow

2. Student -> Manager (display)

3. Student -> Manager

4. Student -> Manager -> Student (display)

5. Student -> Manager -> Student (final statement)

The activated workflow allows you to select additional settings.

- Allow delegation - allows you to delegate the questionnaire to another manager.

Manager

This option is available when the workflow is active. It allows you to select the manager to whom the questionnaire will be assigned within the workflow.

1. Manager according to organizational structure - assignment will be made according to OS settings; this option allows you to select one manager for those users who do not have a manager "above them" within the organizational structure.

2. Manager - selection of a single manager to whom all questionnaires within the active workflow will be assigned.

Allow attachments

Allows users to add a uploaded attachment to their responses.

Print logo to PDF

Option to print the company logo on the completed questionnaire in PDF.

Description of the questionnaire that will be displayed to users.

Header items

Allows you to create additional items to fill in the questionnaire header. The items are displayed in the report.

The questionnaire can be structured into sections and groups. The order of questions can be changed by dragging and dropping with the mouse.

Student vs. Manager

For each question, it is possible to save separate question and answer texts for the student and the manager.

For each question, it is possible to choose whether it is mandatory for the student or manager.

For the manager, it is possible to choose whether their question, including the answer, will be displayed to the student.

These options apply to all five question types.

Single choice

Allows the user to select only one answer from the options.

The + Text (150 characters) and + Paragraph buttons allow you to display a form for the student to complete the answer for the selected answer.

Multiple choice

Allows the user to select multiple answers from the options.

The + Text (150 characters) and + Paragraph buttons allow you to display a form for the student to complete the answer for the selected answer.

Scale

Allows the user to select an answer on a scale. The scale is configurable from 2 to 10.

Text

Allows the user to answer the question with a short text (max. 150 characters).

Paragraph

Allows the user to answer the question with a text (max. 1000 characters).
