KPI Detail
Goal Evaluation
Allows you to set any maximum value in %. The typical setting is 100%.
Competencies
Allows you to optionally display competencies already in the goal setting phase and set any maximum value in %. The typical setting is 100%.
Weight for Bonus Index
Setting the weight between goals and competencies.
Workflow
Setting workflow and service functions.
Manager
Specifies whether the workflow should work with the organizational structure or send all KPI forms to a single manager. The manager can then delegate the forms to other managers.
Other settings
Allows you to print a logo on the PDF form, display instructions when setting goals, or display additional items to be filled in by the user. These items are then displayed in the PDF form and report.
Competencies
Environment for setting any number of competencies.
Evaluation scale
Environment for creating any scale. The lowest value is scored 0%, the highest value is indicated in the Competency rating field (max.).
KPI assignment
KPI assignment and/or reordering is done on the Actions tab.

How to insert a URL link into instructions
To display a link in instructions, you can use the so-called HTML tag.
<a href="URL address" target="_blank">Document link</a>
The linked document or web page will be displayed in a new browser window / panel.
