How does it work?

Employee evaluation based on KPIs is divided into two phases:

1. Goal setting (at the beginning of the period)

2. Evaluation (after the end of the period)

Goal setting

In the first phase, the KPI form is assigned to the employee, who independently sets the goals they want to achieve during the period. They assign a weight to each goal, and the sum of the weights must always be 100.

Once completed, they send the form to their manager, who can optionally review the goals or return the form to the employee for revision.

Once the manager reviews and confirms the goals, the goal setting process is complete.

The administrator then locks the KPI.

Evaluation

After the period has ended, the administrator manually enables the evaluation phase (using the button in the KPI details) and the form is reassigned to the employee, who then evaluates the achievement of the goals or competencies (optional).

After the employee completes the evaluation, the form is moved back to the manager, who performs their own key evaluation. Only the manager's evaluation is decisive for calculating the Bonus Index.

After the evaluation process is complete, the administrator closes the KPI.

The evaluation results are available both in PDF forms and in summary reports.
