One of the options for ending an e-learning course is a final (affidavit) declaration in which the user confirms that he/she has read and understood the course content. If the user does not confirm the affirmation, the course will not be completed.
Examples of use
Familiarisation of employees with documents (e.g. in the form of DIS lessons).
Compliance courses.
Professional training.
Ad.
We have prepared two sample declarations:
Documentation Content Declaration (You can use it e.g. in combination with the so-called DIS lesson.)
And not to limit you in any way, you can change the text in both declarations yourself!
How do I insert the declaration into the course?
Download the ZIP file with the selected declaration from the right column in the administration.
Create a new course and upload the content lesson in the Lessons tab via the + Add (SCORM 1.2 or 2004 4th) or + Add (PPT/PPTx) button. Alternatively, open an existing course for editing.
On the Lessons tab, use the + Add (SCORM 1.2 or 2004 4th) button , select the downloaded ZIP with the declaration and upload it between the lessons of the course.
Make sure the lesson titled Declaration is the last in the lesson sequence.
Use the Save button.
Assign the course to the selected users.
How to edit the text of the declaration?
Extract the downloaded ZIP to a folder.
Among the unzipped files, locate the obsah.html file and open it in an HTML or text editor. (In Windows, right-click the file name and select Notepad from the Open in Program context menu.).
Edit the declaration text and save the file.
Again, compress all the files into a single ZIP file. NOTE: you must compress the course files directly (see screen below), not the folder where you saved the files.
Now just upload the ZIP with the declaration to the course. See the paragraph How to deploy a declaration to a course.
