KPI

On the Manager - KPI page, the manager is authorized to add student (staff) evaluations to the KPI forms.

The work with KPIs is divided into two phases:

  1. Target setting phase (typically at the beginning of the appraisal period).

  2. Evaluation phase (after the end of the evaluation period)

In each phase, the KPI forms are first assigned to a student who records his/her own objectives or assessment.

Phase 1 - setting objectives

In the first phase of entering goals, the manager may be allowed to edit the goals set by the student.

The manager can return the KPI to the student via the appropriate button (e.g. for refinement). When returning a KPI, the Message to User field can be used.

Phase 2 - Evaluation

In the second phase of evaluation, both the student and the manager carry out their own evaluation.

The manager's evaluation is decisive for the calculation of the bonus index.

Statuses

KPI statuses (phase 1 target setting):

  • Not started - Target setting has not been initiated

  • Incomplete - Target setting has been initiated but not completed

  • Completed, sent - Target setting has been completed, KPI has been locked (phase 1 closed)

KPI statuses (phase 2 evaluation):

  • No status - evaluation by the student takes place

  • Not started (evaluation) - evaluation has not started

  • Incomplete (evaluation) - evaluation of the achievement of objectives and competences (optional) has been initiated but not completed

  • Completed - KPI evaluation has been completed
