EDUNIO is equipped with a unified tool allowing the selection of both entire organizational units (groups of companies, companies, groups) and individuals.
The tool can be used for the following functions:
allocation of courses, surveys, KPI and GDPR forms
creating invitations or applications for training events,
reporting,
configuring permissions for Manager and Administrator roles,
unique content targeting features,
etc.
Procedure
To select users or organizational units, use the button | + Select (according to the Organizational Structure) |
Click on the button to display a window with a selection of organizational units (companies, groups).
Select the organizational units you want to include in the selection.
Check the Select individual users option to include specific users in the selection.
If you want to select a user from one (or more) organizational unit(s) with the condition of the user's concurrent participation in another organizational unit, click the SETUP icon in the row on the right (marked with an arrow). This is a selection with the AND CONCURRENT condition.
After confirming the selection and closing the window, select the language and any other options (depending on where the tool is used).

When the user selection window closes, you can double-check the selection by clicking the Selected x / x / x link (next to the selection button).
