The Administrator role offers configurable permissions suitable for partial administration of LMS EDUNIO.

Setting up access to user management

Roles can be activated in the user account details.

On the Users - Administration tab, you can set access to any company or user group and define permissions for user administration.

On the Users - Viewing tab, it is possible to select companies or user groups that can only be viewed by the administrator.

The Courses tab is used to define permissions for accessing courses. Permissions are set at the course category level. It is possible to select the following permissions:

  • Administration - allows you to create courses in the LMS

  • Assignment

  • View

  • Reporting

The same permissions as for courses can be selected for Training Events.

On the Library tab, you can assign permissions to selected library folders to the administrator.

Use the Surveys tab to assign permissions to manage surveys.

The KPI tab is used to assign permissions to manage KPI forms.
