In LMS EDUNIO, educational activities that take place in person (Face2Face) or are organized through online webinars are considered educational events.
The offered educational events are accessible to the student either from the dashboard or from the My training events page.
Overview of training events
The overview on the To Study tab shows all training events to which the student has been invited, registered or is currently attending. Completed training events are displayed on the Completed tab.
The following buttons can be used to control the learning event (they appear in the learning event panel):

The information window displays the details of the training event.
Invitations and applications
EDUNIO works with invitations and applications.
Invitation - the student receives an offer to attend an educational event and, if interested, applies independently.
Application - the student registers himself/herself for the educational event on the basis of the invitation received, or can be registered by the administrator. In this case, the administrator may allow or prohibit the student from withdrawing from the educational event.
Training event statuses
Invited - the user has been invited, if he/she wants to attend the event, he/she must log in
Registered - the user is registered for a specific date of the educational event
Substitute - the user has registered for the training event, but has been included as a substitute due to capacity exhaustion
In progress - the training event is in progress
Not fulfilled - the training event has taken place, but the conditions for passing the training event have not yet been met (not evaluated by the lecturer, not passed the test)
Completed - the training event has been completed
Substitute
In the case of applying for a fully booked term of an educational event, the student may confirm during the application process that they wish to be included as an alternate.
If a place becomes available, he/she will be registered automatically (or by the administrator) additionally and will be informed of this fact in an email message.
Webinars
Training events can be organised as face-to-face training sessions or as online webinars.
In this case, 10 minutes before the start of the date, a button will appear in the training event panel to enter the webinar. Depending on the technical configuration, the webinar will start in the same or a new browser window.
The webinar can also be started from the information window.
Qualification test
For training, there are two ways to test knowledge.
Written test - the test is organized by the trainer during the training event, the evaluation is done by the trainer.
Online test - the test is assigned to the student after the training event is completed and the student takes it in the LMS EDUNIO environment.
Alternatively, the training event can be completely without a test.
The link to the qualification (final) test is displayed in the panel of the educational event on the page My training events - To study. To access the test, click on the button .
The test header displays the requirements for taking and setting the test.
If the test conditions are not met, additional options will be displayed according to the test settings.
In case of passing the test, it is possible to go straight to signing the eCertificate if the test is equipped with it.
Certificate
There are three ways to certify graduates in education.
Certificate issued by the lecturer.
Certificate in the LMS (paper, printable and signable) - the certificate is automatically issued to the student after completing the educational event, the certificate is available in the information panel with the educational event on the My Educational Events - Completed page.
Certificate in LMS with electronic signature - the certificate is automatically issued to the student after completing the training event, the certificate is available in the information panel with the training event on the page My training events - Completed, the signature is done electronically.
A certificate is only displayed for a training event if it is associated with the training event.
Certificates are generated in PDF format and can be printed or saved. If an eCertificate (electronically signed certificate) is part of the course, the system generates a unique verification PIN code and sends a signature link by email to the user after meeting the relevant conditions (course completion, declaration confirmation, etc.). The user can sign on any touchscreen device (mobile, tablet) or with a mouse (laptop, desktop).
Unsigned eCertificates are displayed in a quick link on the user's dashboard.
Electronic signature
LMS EDUNIO works with the so-called dynamic biometric signature with two-factor authentication.

After sending the link to the signing field, the user will be presented with a PIN that must be used to confirm their identity during the signing process.
Stage 3 - Signature
Signature can be done on a touch device, trackpad, mouse.
