The module is designed to record and manage eligibility.
The eligibility for fulfillment is assigned to the user by the administrator (or is assigned automatically on expiry), confirmation of fulfillment is possible in three modes:
Administrator only
User with administrator confirmation
Independent user
If the eligibility is in one of the modes where user confirmation is expected, this can be done by clicking on the button or from the information window.
Files
Eligibility can be supplemented by any number of files (e.g. medical examination applications).
