KPI

The KPI module is used to evaluate employees according to key performance indicators (KPIs). The KPI page contains the assigned KPI forms.

Stages of evaluation

Work with KPIs is divided into two phases:

  1. Goal setting phase

  2. Evaluation phase

Controls

  • To start the KPI, click the button .

  • In the first phase, you enter your goals and add a weight value to prioritize each goal. The sum of the values must be 100.

  • In the second phase, you evaluate the fulfilment of the set objectives by entering the percentage of fulfilment. The maximum value of goal fulfilment can be higher than 100. In this case, the administrator should alert you to this fact.

  • For the competences (which are optional), you choose the rating from the scale offered.

  • If enabled, you can upload an attachment to the KPI fomruler.

  • Submit the completed form via the Submit button.

  • The KPI can be downloaded in PDF format at any stage via the button .

Statuses

KPI statuses for phase 1 (target setting)

  • Not started - target setting has not been started

  • Incomplete - target setting has been initiated but not completed

  • Completed, sent - target setting has been completed, KPI has been sent to Manager for review (conclusion of Phase 1)

KPI statuses for phase 2 (evaluation)

  • Not started (evaluation) - evaluation not started

  • Ongoing (evaluation) - evaluation of objectives and competences (optional) has been initiated but not completed

  • Completed - evaluation of objectives and competencies (optional) has been completed, KPI has been sent to Manager for review (conclusion of phase 2)
