On the Support page you can find answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) or send a question to the course instructor.
Questions and answers are divided by topic or course.
If you are sending a question to the instructor, you must select the correct topic or specific course in the drop-down box above the text box.
Support in the course
Support can also be accessed from a running course by clicking on the icon . In the dialog box that opens, you can find answers to frequently asked questions about the open course or contact the tutor.
In case of sending a question, the answer from the tutor will be delivered to the student's e-mail box.
