Account detail

Items marked with an asterisk * are required.

E-mail

The email address does not have to be unique.

Secondary email (notifications)

The ability to store the email address of another user, e.g. a supervisor, in order to send selected notifications (e.g. reminders).

User name

An item for storing a user name, an email address can also be used.

SSO ID

Identifier in case of enabling user authentication via Single Sign-On.

Password

When creating a new account, the password is generated according to the selected password policy. See Settings - System - Security.

To change an existing user's password and send a notification with the new password, do the following:

  1. tick the checkbox Send login data after the input Username

  2. click on the icon after the input Password

  3. use the Save button.

Company

Select a company.

Personal number, Job position

Optional items with any name, any number and any type (text, selectbox, checkbox).

Default naming Note 1 and Note 2.

Can be used to better identify the user in reports.

To set the optional items, go to Settings - System - Environment.

Expiration date

Moves the user to the Recycle Bin on the specified date when the date is entered.

Role

Options for setting system roles.

Button to enter the user environment

Click the button to enter the Student environment of the user whose detail you are currently in.

Membership

The tab allows you to select the organizational units or groups to which the user will be assigned.

Study trips

The tab allows the user to assign or remove study paths.

The check box on the left is used to order a new path, the box in the Reorder column is used to reorder a previously ordered study path.

Courses

The card allows the user to assign, remove, reorder and pre-order courses. It is also possible to record the date of certificate submission and print certificates of completed training courses.

To pre-order a course, i.e. to select the date when the course is to be assigned to the user, click on the icon in the course row.

  • Re-ordering a course - re-assigning an already assigned course (resetting the status to Pending)

  • Pre-ordering a course - set the date on which the course should be ordered.

Training events

Manage training events at the user level. Users can be invited to or logged in to an educational event, and the assigned educational event can be marked as mandatory. In the Certificate column, it is possible to record the surrender of a certificate or print system certificates.

Mandatory training event: if it is a periodic training event, the user will be re-invited after the expiration (selected repeat period).

To invite or register users to an event, click on the icon and select a specific date or dates in the dialog box, or use the Queue option if neither date is suitable or no date is listed.

The card can be used to assign or confirm required eligibility.

Surveys

The tab allows users to assign and remove questionnaires, change their status, and download surveys in PDF format.

KPI

The tab allows users to assign and remove KPI forms, change their status, and download surveys in PDF format.

Documents

The tab can store files that are related to the user. The user cannot see the files in his account.

The document can be linked to the selected survey, the link to the document is then displayed to the user directly in the survey.

Note

The tab allows you to write and then export any note to PDF.

Activity

The card can be used to monitor user activity.

Button is used to export an overview of the user's learning outcomes and activities.

GDPR

The tab displays the GDPR consents that have been assigned to the user for comment.

Click on the icon to view the consent detail.
