Option to send quick emails to users, including reminders.
You can send messages based on selections from the Organizational Structure, Courses, Training Events, or Questionnaires.
Messages can also be filtered by individual statuses (see below).
The text of the message can be edited according to the strings listed below the Message Text window. You can highlight text in bold, italics, insert a user name, or even an image or your own defined item.
TIP: Use the option to send messages to users if you need to inform them of a sudden change (e.g., a change in the meeting room for an educational event) and want to be sure that they do not overlook the information. Edit the message subject so that it catches their attention at first glance in their email inbox. This will give you greater certainty that the information has reached them without them having to log in to their EDUNIO account.
Reminders
You can send reminders for uncompleted Courses, Training Events, or unfilled Questionnaires, as well as for unsubmitted certificates or unsigned e-certificates.
Courses
To send a reminder for an uncompleted e-course, select the desired e-course(s), select Assigned - after deadline, and then proceed to select users, edit the text, display users, and send the notification. Similarly, you can remind or inform other users according to the specified statuses.
It is possible to select from multiple statuses at once.
Training events
To send a reminder for a missed training event, select the desired training event or events, select the option Expired, and then proceed to select users, edit the text, display users, and send the notification. Similarly, you can remind or inform other users according to the specified statuses.

Questionnaires
To send a reminder about an uncompleted questionnaire to a student (user/employee), select the required questionnaire(s), select the option Student - Not started, and then continue to select users, edit text, display users, and send notifications. Similarly, you can remind or inform other users according to the specified statuses.
