Delete question

To answer a question, open the question form.

The Add to FAQ option displays the question and answer to users in the Support - FAQ section.

Don't forget to delete the user's name and contact details from the text of the query. Confirm that the query has been resolved by clicking the Reply/Publish button, or save the draft answer by clicking the Save for later processing button. You can use the New option to enter a new FAQ into the system.
